I co-founded a Makerspace lab to create an interdisciplinary working space with a student team and invested over three years towards making further improvements. Starting from a small pilot program, our determination and documentation of the research enabled us to convince the Engineering Department to fund and support us. We helped more than 15 groups by providing the necessary equipment and mindset to prototype their projects and ideas.
